The meeting was called to order by Chair, Judith Conrad at 10:39am
Roll Call
Directors present: Judith Conrad, Greg Messer, Barbara Dillmann
Directors absent: Steve Crow, Todd Cory
Staff present: John Cumming
Public Comment: None
Report and Possible Action
Personnel Committee recommendation on Executive Director position, request to offer a contract and proposed salary.
Greg moved that the Board of Directors offer the Executive Director contract to Audra Gibson with a maximum salary of $31,000.00 for 2008-09.
Barbara seconded. Passed unanimously.
Greg will negotiate the terms of the contract with Audra Gibson with the official contract to be submitted to the board for signatures at the July 1, 2008 meeting.
2008-09 Budget approval
Greg moved to approve the budget as presented.
Judith seconded. Passed unanimously.
