Meeting was called to order by President Messer at 9:07 AM

Present: Cory, Crow, Dillmann, Messer

Minutes of November 3, 2009: Cory moved to approve, Dillmann seconded. Motion carried.
Public Comment: None
Standing Reports:
ED Gibson referred the Board to visitsiskiyou.org to see the work being done by Vision Consulting to
promote Siskiyou County. SMC PROPS contracted with Vision Consulting to create the online video
formatting for the webiste.
Committee Reports:
President Messer stated Joanne Steele has been hired by Greg Messer to recruit board members.
Asset planning and replacement report is being developed.
