Agenda - Per By Laws, the board shall hold an annual meeting for the purpose of organization, election of officers, and transaction of other business in February of each year.

Election of Officers: Officers serve a term of one year. The board unanimously approved the reelection of all current board members

Secretary/Treasurer – Shirley Hammond

No bylaws changed
